Mechanical issues spoil Logan Martin's Hell Tour stop at Springfield
With the DIRTcar Summer Nationals in town, Logan Martin joined the DIRTcar Summer Nationals at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway on Tuesday afternoon.
Running second in his heat race, Martin was slated to start the $5,000-to-win feature from the third-row before mechanical issues forced him to pull before the green flag. Logan made his way back out but started from the rear and finished 14th.
Logan also competed in the Hayden Ross Memorial at Thunderbird Speedway (Muskogee, Okla.) on Friday evening and was an early retiree in the $6,600-to-win feature.
